Dermot McCabe - (Topic: How to develop KPIs with a purpose)
Head of Performance & Senior Football Selector, Cavan GAA
Cavan’s last All-Star before this year, when he won the Ulster Championship as a player in 1997. Dermot also won 6 Senior Club Championships with Gowna before transitioning into coaching. He was part of the management team that helped steer Cavan Minors to the provincial title in 2011, an achievement he repeated with the Seniors in 2020.

Bríain is a Medical Scientist specialising in medical statistics. As a life-long member of Cavan Gaels he has coached at all levels at the club including being coach/analyst for the senior team 2014-2018. Now entering his fourth season as Cavan’s Head Performance Analyst, the Breffni Footballers reached their second consecutive Ulster Final in 2020 to claim the Anglo-Celt Cup.

Jonny is a progressive coach/analyst with a proven track record in coaching, teaching, games development and analysis. Previous roles include Sports Curriculum Coach at Ulster GAA and Performance Analyst at Manchester City FC. Since his return to Gaelic Games, Jonny has helped steer Fermanagh Ladies Footballers to the NFL Division 4 Title and 2020 All Ireland JFC success.
