Kieran Dowling (Topic: A coach’s view of performance analysis - how to gain an edge)

Joint-Senior Hurling Manager, Kilmacud Crokes GAC

Now in his third coaching term with Kilmacud Crokes, Kieran has been heavily involved in helping to nurture the club’s hurling talent since being minor manager (2010-2011). He later served as a Senior Selector under Ollie Baker (2013 - 2017) winning the Dublin Senior Hurling Championship (2014). Currently Joint Senior Hurling Manager with Donal McGovern since 2020, Kieran has helped the Stillorgan club achieve back-to-back County Hurling Championship Titles (2021 & 2022) for the first time in their history.

Adam Hart (Topic: Game preparation & player development - how stats & video help)

Head of Performance Analysis, Offaly Hurlers

An up and coming talented Performance Analyst, Adam has been central in implementing innovative approaches to support in-game, training and player analysis with Offaly since 2020. He has already helped support success for a number of the County’s Hurling teams including winning the National Hurling League Division 2A and the Christy Ring Cup (2021). More recently Adam was involved with the Minors who won the Leinster Hurling Championship and were All Ireland Hurling Championship Finalists (2022).

Tadhg Dornan (Topic: Using analysis to support coaching & player engagement)

Performance Analyst, Bray Emmets GAC

Tadhg has built on his own coaching experience to become a highly accomplished Performance Analyst. Since transitioning to video and data analytics in 2017, he has gone on to work with teams such as the Wicklow Minor Footballers, Dublin Senior Camogie and Dublin Senior Hurling Development squads. Tadhg has also supported Cuala Senior Hurlers for the past 3 years and worked closely with his home club Bray Emmet's, helping them to achieve an impressive 4 in a row Wicklow Hurling Championships.
