Can I try before I buy?
Absolutely! Sign up for a no risk free 21 day trial of the Performa Sports iPad app to check out all of the features. If you are interested in trialling the Performa Web app where you can share stats, videos and messages with players, contact us.
What happens to my data when my trial ends?
Once your free trial expires you will not be able to access the data until you subscribe to your preferred plan. If you choose to purchase a license you will be able to find everything as you left it.
Do you offer education discounts for schools and students?
Yes, we provide education and student packages as well as graduate start up support, please contact us with your details and we'll help to get you set up.
Can I change my plan?
You can upgrade from the Coach and the Coach-Plus Plans at any time. Downgrade can only occur once your 12 months license has come up for a renewal. With the Coach-Plus and Pro Plans you can request to have more online video hours storage, online players and game shares added to your account, please contact us.
How do I sign-up?
You can sign up directly by downloading the Performa Sports iPad app onto your iPad via the App Store or through this link. All trials are based on our Pro Plan, but excludes the option to upload online videos.

What is meant by offline and online players?
Offline players are the players on your iPad which stores their stats and video clips, but this information can only be accessed from the device. Online players are the players who you have invited to login to their own Performa Sports account to review their own stats and video clips on their computer, tablet or smartphone.
What is meant by online videos?
You can store local videos on your iPad within the limit of the storage capacity on your iPad. With online videos you can upload your videos to the Performa Sports Web app so that players and coaches can watch the game remotely and it doesn’t take up any space on your iPad.
What do Game Shares offer?
Game shares are great for sharing a private link of your games and playlists online with individuals who are not involved in your organisation. Game Shares show the video and stats of a game or playlist created by you. Viewers will not see anything you don’t want them to. It's an additional great feature for talent ID and sharing scout reports.
How do I know my payment information is safe?
