Competing in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC), Rider University women's soccer team have continued to build on their talent development and coaching programme in New Jersey using video and data analytics.

Head Coach Drayson Hounsome uses performance analysis as a key component of his coaching in terms of tactical and technical development of the women's soccer team. The consistent development of Rider Broncs is evidenced with the team regularly reaching the play-offs.
