League of Ireland Premier Division Club, Derry City FC are always striving to improve through innovative and professional approaches to coaching and player development. The club are using Performa Sports iPad app and cloud analytics software to analyse training, player development, opponents and their own positive play. Former Manager Kenny Shiels has been linking match performance and training with analysis and encouraging players to reflect on their own performances so that they may improve collectively as a group.
